Reservations

How can I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made directly on our official website, via email, or by phone.

Are there benefits for booking directly on the website?
Yes, by booking directly you get the best price, more flexible cancellation policies, free parking, the Valposchiavo Plus card (from 2 nights), exclusive offers, and personalized assistance - without extra costs or commissions.

Can I change or cancel a reservation?
Yes, change or cancellation conditions vary depending on the room type and period. Please check the details provided at the time of booking.

Check-In & Check-Out

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in takes place at the reception of Hotel Centrale, located approximately 90 meters away, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, depending on availability, and may involve a small additional fee. If you arrive before your room is ready, we will be happy to store your luggage. You may also leave your luggage with us on the day of departure after check-out by asking at the reception.

How does check-in work?
Upon arrival, our team will welcome you at the reception of Hotel Centrale and provide you with all the information you need for your stay.

What if I arrive after check-in hours?
We kindly ask you to inform us in advance of your expected arrival time so that we can provide you with all the necessary information.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and debit cards (Maestro, PostFinance Card). Payments via TWINT, cash (in Swiss francs or euros at the daily exchange rate), or bank transfer in advance are also accepted.

Rooms & Service

What types of rooms are available?
Guests can stay in a Double Room (19 sqm, max. 2 guests), a Junior Suite (28 sqm, max. 4 guests), or a Suite (38 sqm, max. 4-5 guests). All rooms feature a private bathroom and free Wi-Fi.

Do you have rooms with a view?
Yes, some rooms overlook the picturesque Borgo di Poschiavo and the surrounding mountains.

Are rooms accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Ca’ del Borgo Rooms & Suites is equipped with an elevator and is therefore accessible to guests with reduced mobility.

Are dogs allowed at the property?
Dogs are welcome at our hotels and restaurants. A fee of CHF 20.- per dog, per night applies (food not included).

Breakfast & Dining

Is breakfast included in the stay?
Yes, a buffet breakfast is included with most rates and features 100% Valposchiavo products.

What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Hotel Centrale, just 90 meters away.

Does Ca’ del Borgo Rooms & Suites have a restaurant?
Ca’ del Borgo Rooms & Suites does not have its own restaurant, but you can easily book a table at Historic Hotel Albrici or at Mamma Mia! By Hotel Centrale.

Are vegetarian or gluten-free options available at your restaurants?
Yes, the teams of Historic Hotel Albrici and Mamma Mia! by Hotel Centrale will be happy to adapt their menus to your dietary requirements with advance notice.

Parking & Transportation

Where is the property located?
Ca’ del Borgo Rooms & Suites is located just a short walk from the main square of Poschiavo, in a pedestrian area, only a few minutes on foot from the railway station and public parking.

Does the property have private parking?
Yes, Ca’ del Borgo Rooms & Suites offers a few private parking spaces for CHF 20.- per night. For guests who book directly, parking is free. Advance reservation is required. Alternatively, public parking is available just a few meters from the property.

Can I charge electric vehicles or e-bikes at the property?
Yes. An EV charging station is available about 300 meters from the property, and dedicated charging points are available for e-bikes, making it easy to get around in a convenient and sustainable way during your stay.

Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Are bicycles available for guests?
Yes, at Historic Hotel Albrici we provide free city bikes and e-bikes available for rent (half-day or full-day).
